Resumo: The host organization is an institution of cultural education. It offers courses in all artistic techniques for children, teens and adults. Every year more than 200 people visit the courses in the genres of painting , graphic arts and sculpture . Our courses are designed to provide early intervention for children arts , the artistic skills of young people , the training of art educators and artists as well as the individual creative inclination . We have over the curriculum of our courses out holiday courses and workshops on specific topics for children, adolescents and adults. We always try to emphasize the imortance of art and cultural education for society and economy and generate public awareness of this issue through projects such as exhibitions, lectures and events.

Perfil: The organization is looking for a participant aged between 20-30. Due to the nature of the project the participant should be interested in arts and culture. A cosmopolitan and open-minded character is of great importance. As part of "Frieda Atelier" each year there will be awarded with scholarships up to ten candidates with impairment. The focus of the tasks of the EVS participants is taking care of these fellows. Because of this inclusion work good social skills, empathy and the willingness to provide new challenges is highly important.

Tarefas: The project is shaped as a studio community which provides the collaboration of artists with or without impairment. Equal opportunities and inclusion are high on the agenda of the project in order to promote integration and diversity. The basic idea behind this project is to promote the artistic talents of people with disabilities, regardless of therapeutically motivated measures. The project is committed to the recognition of the creative assets of people with and without disabilities in the public, so as to contribute to the realization of equal opportunities and equal rights. The self-determined and free artistic activity of all is the guiding principle of this project. The works of the artists shall be subject to exhibitons which will be advertised in local and social media.
