Resumo: The host organization is a cultural association which took its name from an asociacion that was created in Italy in 2000 and it has the same name. The host organization defends the citizens active role in the cultural life of the country. The oprganization takes a position and promotes art and educatiojn as tools that participates in the process of creating inclusion, sensitization, collaboration betwen human beings and personal-social development. The association pursue this general objetive through shows, whorkshops and formation courses, art-education meetings, socio-cultural projects, round tables of reflexion, thematic, artistic international projetcs and events.

Perfil: Age: 17-30

Tarefas: The projects deal with the use of art as the tool for personal transformation and the transformation of the community. The activities that we realize during the project are:
- participation in the weekly meetings of the theatre training organized by the members of the company
- participation in the European exchanges
- collaboration in the realization of the theatrical events and festivals
- realization of the workshops with children and adolescents
- support with the work on promotion and press
- support concerning the space and the reception of the users of the space
- support in the matters of archiving of the press material and the fonds of the library open to the local community
- taking photos and making posters
- realization of the workshops with the people with functional diversity
- participation in the social projects
- collaboration in the realization of the theatre shows of the company (music, lights, costume design, working as assistant director, realization of the scenography)
- training in the planing and writing of the projects
- acting in a performance
- realization of a personal project.
