Resumo: Our project is prepared to contribute to the priorities of EVS as well as our Center's. Those priorities are; participation of the young people to the social life and decision making mechanisms and promoting cultural diversity.
The aims of our project which are consistent with the aims of EVS are;
1- To help young people actively participate to the social life and decision making mechanisms,
2- To help young people coming from different cultural backgrounds develop mutual understanding,
3- To help young people constitute a consciousness of active citizenship, and
4- To promote social cohesion, solidarity and tolerance between young people coming from different cultural backgrounds.

Our project consists of just one activity. In this activity, it will be mostly about research skills and learning Turkey closely, the volunteer is going to come for a period of 10 months. This period will start in October 1st, 2016 and end in July 31st of 2017(will be confirmed by Turkish NA). Under this activity, we will give the volunteer education on research methods, Turkish, personal development and etc. Afterwards, the volunteer will be asked to conduct various researches on the relations of Turkey and EU countries, the adaptation of Turkey and Turkish culture etc. We will publish volunteers’ research results on our website and will encourage our volunteer to submit her research results to the decision making authorities in her country and in Turkey.

The aims of Project:
- To support young people in the process of decision making,
- To meet young people on a common platform about culture, tolerance and social adaption
- To work on migration and minorities studies which are holding a huge agenda in Turkey,

Perfil: Age: 17-30

Tarefas: Main activities of Project:
- Research, analyzing and reporting techniques will be used to prepare reports on social topics,
- The trainings will be provided by the team, the volunteer will improve herself/himself during volunteering period.
- TANDEM acitivites,
- Workshops will be organized for youth and the volunteer will be a participant and a organizer of the workshops, conferences and other social and cultural acitivities.
