Resumo: The Association is a non-profit organization created from the awareness of a group of young people, of the need to create a space for artistic and cultural exchange of mutual enrichment and personal and social growth organization. From a common thread focused on music and the arts in general, but open to all forms of expression and/or constructive action.The fundamental aims of the association are the promotion of local art, especially focused on the new generation of local artists; ongoing training in various disciplines, especially in the artistic and musical field that can attract and complete the concerns of young people in our area and that they have a guarantee of quality necessary; to provide a neighborhood, traditionally marginalized, of a local exhibition and exchange of experiences; normalize the access of young people to a circuit of music, theater and exhibitions from a dynamic and current perspective that gets bring culture to the street and to motivate more young people to break down prejudices and displayed as protagonists of their own culture; and any other experience or activity that is enriching and constructive for the social and cultural climate of our city.

Perfil: ...aged 25-30 preferably.
...well acquainted with audiovisual production and editing.
...skilled and passionate about arts.
...opened, motivated and resourceful who loves working with people of all ages and social background.
...who preferably speaks spanish.

Tarefas: The hosting organization is looking for a volunteer to help us out filming a documentary film about our association within the neighborhood and its people focusing on the flamenco soul that touches every person, building and street corner of the district. We are open for suggestions and happy to offer more activities and workshops for the neighbors such as foreign language meetings, arts, music, photography...
