Resumo: The host organization is an educative, social, non-profit organization which works to develop rural areas in Spain with European and international programs.

Perfil: The profile of candidate is a person motivated to participate in a project of rural and youth development, motivated by teamwork, experienced, preferable, in working with children or youth. We will give the priority to young people with fewer opportunities for geographical, social, educational or economic reasons. If the volunteer has knowledge of Spanish

Age: 17-30

Tarefas: Collaboration as a support leader, net of different entities which work to develop activities for children and youth on the leisure time. March, April, May, monthly. Volunteer with the leaders team are going to prepare and plan activities to realize on their leisure time.


Support leader in summer camps and workcamps: End of June, July and August. From 1 week to 15 days involved in the project in a rural village to work on a theme and with different strategies (games, workshops, discovering ...) Target of 6-30 years, according to the project.
Working methods, the volunteer will receive training; will participate in meetings and activities. In general it is a work of direct action and there is some period in the office to prepare activities. Volunteer will be involved in different teamwork.
