Resumo: The office is situated in Latvia, in one of the largest town in Latvia. Historically our town had a very mixed population-latvians, russians, lithuanians and some other minority groups. There are a lot of people who belongs to so called "risk group"-disatvantaged children from Orphanage, poor families, children with disabilities. The city also has one of the largest blind people communities in Latvia. People are very friendly and welcoming against other cultures. City itself consist of some regions. As example-former Soviet army secret base-Naval Port. During the first years of independence all the poorest people were send to live here. But in the same time, this is one of the most active region. Youth and childrens from mixed nationalities live here together and very eager to take part in any activities organized by locals or foreigners.

Perfil: Age: 17-30

Tarefas: teaching non formal english lessons (basic) in schools and kindergarden. Work will be in youth center, some days in kindergarten, school, and in smaller villages with older people too, there volunteers needs to present his country.
