Resumo: The center of interest is established by the local government initiative. This year the Center is visited by more than 950 young people aged 2 to 20 years from different social groups, with the participation of 22 different interest groups. Main activities:
- Interest education (visual and applied arts, technical creativity, music, movement and dance educational programs, etc.)
- preparatory schools for children (5-6 years)
- Cultural-educational measures for pupils
- Methodological work
- Organization of activities during school holidays
- Information and publicity
- Research work

The Children and Youth Center has extensive experience in organizing day camps. Has received positive feedback from the local people, the local government. For six years, every summer is organized in 2 x 2 weeks of daily summer offer with the aim to interest and attract new visitors center

Tarefas: 1) Taking part in Youth Council meetings and planning different activities in city, for example, organizing Earth Hour activities, Snow day, Youth day, Christmas event for kids, Sports day, competitions in skate park and many more. These activities are very popular in the city and youngsters often wait for them.

2) In an old city center there is a Youth House – a place where everybody can come and spend their free time. There are many board games, computers, table tennis – it`s a nice place where to came and just meet each other. Volunteers will be welcome to offer activities for youngsters in Youth House. What kind of activities depends on volunteers – if they can play musical instruments they can organize music lessons, they can teach language, make English clubs (just practice English) or offer other activities.

3) The Children and youth center offers an interest education for children and youth from age 2 to 20. There are many lessons – art, dance, music, English, clay lessons, theatre, break-dance and many more. Volunteers will be welcome to help in English lessons or in any other or even start their own lesson (it depends on volunteers – for what they are open).

4)We will be happy to find out more about your culture – dance, music, food, traditions – so it would be nice if we could organize cultural evenings, for example cook together your food, make some dance evenings or anything else.
