Resumo: The host organization is a non-profit NGO, founded in 2003 with headquarters in Bulgaria. Objects of the Foundation are encouraging and stimulation of young people'screative expression, as well as project development in order to promote contemporary culture.

Since its establishment, the organization has focused its activities on encouraging and promoting the work of Bulgarian and foreign artists as well as on organization of events thatdevelop the audiovisual culture.

The main activity of the Foundation is organization and implementation of the annual International Short Film Festival and several parallel annual audiovisual training programmes.

The Foundation develops a number of other initiatives in youth culture sphere, audiovisual training and cultural cooperation, partnership and networking among young people.

Through its long and successful projects supported by the European Commission, the Foundation conducts an non-formal education, partnering in a wide network of established European organizations experienced in audiovisual training and youth creative expression.

The activity will involve 75 young people from 15 European countries on age between 18-30 who are working and are active in the areas of journalism, new media, blogging, video blogging, photography, art criticism, and cultural studies. The project activities refer to two week long educational programme for the participants in the Large Scale EVS project, leaded by established professionals in the field and representatives of FIPRESCI, in media coverage
of international cultural event in the field of audiovisual art.

Tarefas: During the Festival the volunteers who are taking part in the project will be occupied with interviewing filmmakers and participants, writing reviews and articles about the films, making cultural-studies researches about the social tendencies and issues in the contemporary audiovisual art, taking pictures and shooting videos and reporting on the event in their respective countries and in social media.
