Resumo: The Host organization is an NGO from Romania who provides social services for children and young people with disabilities and not only.
We need volunteers, who will do different activities with the disabled and healthy children too: care activities, playing activities, handcraft, dance, theatre, music, language class, summer camps, leisure activities, organizing different events in the foundation.
There are three major programs in the foundation, so there will be two volunteers per program each time and periodic they will change the program, so every volunteer will work in each and every program of the foundation.

Perfil: Age: 17-30
male

Tarefas: In the Day Care Center for children with disabilities:
• Help in daily care activities for children
• Participating in everyday group activity with children
• Going out with the children and the staff for outdoor activities – horse riding, playing on the playground, going to the zoo, hiking in the woods
• Helping in organizing public events – International awareness days, different celebrations, parties
• Organizing and running handcraft activities with the children

In the Day Care Center for young people with disabilities:
• Teaching foreign language for young people with disabilities using easy to read and easy to understand method
• Art therapy workshop using creative techniques like drawing, painting, music, handmade with quilling techniques – making little objects like: jewelries, pencil supports, greeting cards
• Educational games activities with young people with disabilities using different techniques: brainstorming, role play, knowledge game, stories, examples. Discussions about integration in community and social-professional life, about difficult situations in day to day life of young people with disabilities
• Development programme for independent life skills by playing games, drawing, spending free time outdoor in the nature, in order to develop the competences and abilities of youth with disabilities
• Sport class for young people with disabilities: can be any kind of sport, the volunteer choose

Early Education Program for children with normal development:
• Handmade workshops with the children on different topics that volunteer can choose (origami, cards, drawing, painting, decorations, toys, accessories)
• Theatre club for children
• Personal development program for children through different activities like singing, group games, educational stories, handmade, relaxing time
• Teaching foreign language for children
• Helping in organizing and running the autumn, winter, spring or summer camp for children, where the volunteers will participate in preparing the materials, go out on walks in the nature, group activities with the children, supervising the kids, help them serving the lunch, reading bedtime stories and
• Helping in organizing different events like Christmas Party, Child Day where the volunteers will prepare the materials, organizing group games for children, go with the child on every workshop, making cards, relaxing room, pastry, snow battle, ball room, handmade, lecture club
