Resumo: The Foundation was founded in 1998 as a non-governmental and non-profit organisation. The main aims are the moral and religious education of preschool children and the training of its own staff for this purpose. The Foundation was established in order to help and support the Kindergarten, which usually has four groups of children, divided according to their age-groups.

The Foundation runs a group for children with special needs aged 7-16. The Foundation is accredited, as well as the nursery school by the Romanian Ministry of Education. The Foundation has various activities and programmes, such as music kindergarten for talented children who would attend later on music school, a programme for education and helping the parents with their parenthood, activities with the aim of inclusion for disabled children, teaching English as third language, a programme for mothers and toddlers, swimming course.

Tarefas: The planned activities will take place in the Foundation and the Nursery School, among under-aged minority children and children with special needs, with four volunteers coming from Poland, Greece and Portugal.

The activities are designed for minority and disabled children. The working methods will be mainly playing games, and through this teaching English, swim, sports, art, culture, music, science, healthy living habits, environment-awareness and stories. Next to this there will be many outings, presentations of the volunteer's countries by them, celebrations, races etc. All these activities aims to integrate the minority and disabled children into the Romanian society, to offer them equal chances in becoming happy grown up persons, to raise the quality of their lives, to understand that they are also European citizens.

On the other hand by the planned activities the volunteers will improve their English, will develop their character and personality, will learn to manage their time, money and abilities, will acquire competences on different subjects by non-formal and informal learning, and all these together will lead to enhance their chances to be employed, to grow their European citizenship awareness, to discover similar values among youth from different countries, to fight xenophobia and exclusion, to promote inclusion. The activities are planned to be carried out together, and the games, outings, teaching and fun together is designed in such a way that the objectives of the activities will lead to the realization of the objectives of the project. Therefore the games and activities are child and volunteer oriented, discussed in advance with professionals and volunteers. The communication will be in English, so after 6 month both children and volunteers will improve their English language competences. Some of the activities are designed to be together with healthy, disabled children and volunteers, and that will help them to accept, respect each other, and it will work toward inclusion.

The basic elements of activities are child and volunteer centred. Mainly it contains playing games, swim, doing sports, outings, singing, painting, drawing, puppet shows, listening stories, counting, discovering the world, learning English, and basically having fun. The volunteers play an important part in these games and activities, as they will assist the teachers, come up with new ideas and lead some games and presentations for them. The volunteers will be in different age groups. The activities for a week are attached, and when are mentioned more than one activity, it means that they will happen on different weeks.
